Deloitte Crane Survey 2017

A crane survey may see an odd measure but Deloitte believe that it highlights the link between 'development and prosperity'. The latest surveys cover Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Belfast. Key findings include:

• 1000 new hotel rooms being built in Belfast
• 1166 student bed spaces under construction in Birmingham
• Office construction at its highest in Leeds since 2006
• Unprecedented 6963 residential units under construction in Manchester
