Imaginary house shows its feelings for Savills

The new campaign for estate agent Savills includes the brand’s first foray into TV advertising. Designed to drive up awareness and custom from a broader audience than its traditionally served, the treatment created by ad agency Isobel, conveys the brand’s very personal service. How? The homeowners house talks like a jilted imaginary lover to show the intense relationships people have with their homes.

Kelly’s displays authentic Cornish personality

Last year’s cut-through ad for Kelly’s Cornish ice cream gets a further airing this year, together with four new films from the ‘School of Cornish’ that are running on social media supported by trade, press and out of home. The ad was the first to be created by Kelly’s spoken in the Cornish language, which created a buzz of media attention and social shares, as well as being credited for boosting sales by 25% for the year to April 2017, according to Neilson.
