Jon Chesworth of JDM Food Group named as Food Industry Champion

Jon Chesworth, managing director of JDM Food Group in Boston and a member of CIM, was named the Food Industry Champion at the Food Management Today Industry Awards for his outstanding contribution to the food industry.

JDM Food Group, an ingredients supplier and food manufacturer has grown over the last 17 years  to become a business supplying over 200 different customers in retail, manufacturing and foodservice. It  has a current turnover in excess of £40 million.

Jon was presented his award by renowned chef and TV broadcaster John Torode.  

The 2017 Food Management Today Industry Awards brought the top names of the UK food industry together on Friday 3rd February to reward the best, as voted for by readers of the magazine and judged by industry experts.

Around 300 guests attended the Awards Luncheon at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, to network and celebrate with the winning companies, products and organisations.

The Food Industry Champion Award is presented in partnership with SealedAir.
