FDA group supporting the “next generation” at Reaseheath College

Reaseheath College has been one of the four academic liaison partners that the FDA Group has developed over the last few years. Each year the FDA Group organises an event on the campus specifically aimed at encouraging students in to a career in the agricultural and food sectors with a Question Time style event.

This year’s event was held on 05 December 2018 and attracted an audience of some 80 students and staff – who had some great questions for our panel. It is clear that whatever sort of Brexit we end up with, we need as many talented young people coming in to the agri-food industry as possible – and this is part of the role that the FDA Group can play.
