Christoph Woermann FCIM
Christoph Woermann is Managing Director and Global Head of Marketing for Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division which provides commercial banking products and services for both, corporates and financial institutions.
In his marketing role, Christoph partners regional, sector and product based business development plans with targeted B2B content marketing strategies and their implementation via portfolio based campaigns including Content Marketing, Thought Leadership, In-house Publications, Media-Partnerships, Press, Events, Digital and Social Media. Over the course of his career at Deutsche Bank, Christoph worked in retail banking, credit & risk management, corporate relationship management, business and market management as well as corporate communications and marketing.
As newly appointed Vice Chair of the CIM FS group, Christoph is keen to drive a focus on skill sets for financial services marketers. His expertise includes roles as mentor for junior staff, training ambassador for the Bank’s Values & Beliefs, member of the divisional Diversity and Inclusion Committee, CSR partner for the Design Museum in London, member of the Employee Relations Panel and regional member of the UK People Management Group.
Christoph holds a Masters degree in economics. Further training included an Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
