Three under graduates who studied with our well established academic liaison partners are celebrating winning CIM FDA ‘excellence’ awards in their respective studies. Each graduate received an award certificate and a year’s CIM membership presented at their recent graduation ceremonies.
Our congratulations to the award winners:
- D’Arcie Rice graduated with a BSc International Business Management (Food & Agribusiness) at Royal Agricultural University (Cirencester). D’Arcie was presented her award at Convocation on 20 July by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Joanna Price (Pictured).
- Bethan Holdsworth graduated in a Level 3 Diploma in Food Technology and Management from Reaseheath College on 29 June.
- Hazel Foster graduated from University of Reading with a BSc Consumer Behaviour and Marketing on 6 July.
Our final Excellence Award to the Harper Adams graduate will be presented later in September.
As well as making our awards to individual students, we also hold an annual event on the campus at Reading, Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, Reaseheath and Harper Adams aimed specifically in engaging with the students and staff, as well as locally based CIM members. These programmes of academic liaison have been running with each centre for up to 14 years and form an important part of our outreach activity and regionally based events.
