Justin Bowser image

Justin Bowser

Justin Bowser is Chief Operating Officer at HTK.  He has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years, with broad experience across software coding, infrastructure design, operations, sales and marketing. 

He is well versed in B2B and B2C multi-channel marketing automation, and has a keen interest in the technical and psychological aspects of marketing automation. Justin has a wealth of public sector experience, and advises UK Government on its SME engagement programme.

Justin graduated from Sheffield University with a first class degree in Cognitive Science, and speaks regularly on email marketing strategy for CIM in the East of England.

Alistair Fox is a Director at Expertek and has over 20 years international experience of Marketing, Sales and Partnership Development within the IT, Technology and Utilities sectors.

Alistair was previously Marketing Director for a global telecommunications equipment supplier, responsible for the full marketing mix, and alliance partners such as Nokia, Ericsson and Siemens.  

He has an MBA from Cranfield University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), and a Chartered Engineer. He has a BSc from UMIST, and an MSc in Electronic Control Engineering.

Andrew Miller is a Director and Co-founder of technology marketing agency, The Rubicon Agency – together with cloud services comparison site, Compare Cloudware. He has worked in the technology marketing sector for over 20 years, with broad experience across software, hardware, service provider and consulting environments.

Andrew is a seasoned marketer, with in-depth experience in market development, demand creation and channel development programmes. With leadership roles on many vendor/provider initiatives, Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of technologies and marketing strategies in equal measure. He understands their maturity and go-to-market models - together with their impact on day-to-day sales and marketing.

Andrew is co-founder of the Technology Sector Interest Group and a former board member of Byte Night, the IT sleep-out raising money for Action for Children.

Paul Brotherston is currently UK Marketing Manager at Computacenter for Sector & Account Based Marketing. Prior to this Paul has held marketing positions in Computacenter for Networking, Security, UC&C and Physical Infrastructure and Wireless Broadband whilst working at BT.

His main marketing interests include: Marketing Strategy, Public Sector Marketing, B2B Marketing to large organisations and Marketing Planning.

He has an MSc in Marketing and a degree in Business Studies BA(Hons) both from the University of Hull. Additionally Paul holds Chartered Marketer status with the CIM.

Andrew is Head of Marketing, Networks & Security, for Fujitsu UK &Ireland. He has over 25 years experience in ICT marketing, both agency and client-side.

Before joining Fujitsu in 2010 Andrew spent 4 years with Cisco, leading the Enterprise marketing team for Europe and then heading the UK Service Provider marketing function.

In 1987 Andrew started his own direct marketing agency and ran that successfully for 12 years before moving to Banner, one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplined agencies in 2002. A spell in Paris as Head of Customer Marketing for NextiraOne preceded Andrew’s move to Cisco.

Catherine Howard is Head of UK Marketing for Atos. As a Chartered Marketer, her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for B2B marketing has been developed over the past 10 years.

Starting her career in account management, she has since progressed in marketing where she has undertaken senior client marketing roles across a range of industry sectors.

Catherine is an award-winner in leadership and marketing, winning the Diamond ITSMA Excellence Award for ‘enabling sales channels’ as a result of bringing £300m new opportunities into the sales pipeline. She has had a number of articles published in areas such as account based marketing.

Estelle Andlauer is IBM Systems ( Software Middleware & Hardware ) Channel Marketing Leader, working with distributors, system integrators, ISVs & MSPs, to develop marketing plans focused on Cloud, Analytics, Mobility and Social to jointly achieve business objectives.

Estelle has an MSC in International Marketing as well as a Post graduate Diploma in Management. She is ITIL certified & recently won the IBM Cloud & Analytics showcase education. Estelle previously also received IBM National excellence award & Marketing professional of the year.
