What we do

CIM Travel Group is committed to promoting, enhancing and facilitating the knowledge and practice of marketing within the UK travel industry. We do this in a number of different ways:

Travel Marketing events

The Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Group (CIM TG) has partnered with TraMP (Travel Marketing Professionals network) to enhance the knowledge, practice, and community for travel marketers across the UK.

Together, CIM TG and TraMP will collaborate on The Travel Marketing Awards and relaunch an events programme. This will include CIM TG’s popular ‘Question Time’ panels that give attendees the opportunity to interrogate and learn from marketing and business leaders from across the travel industry and other sectors.

Travel Marketing Awards

The Travel Marketing Awards is the most prestigious event in the travel and tourism marketing calendar and one of the industry’s most sought-after accolades.
The Awards celebrate brilliance in travel marketing, rewarding the originality, creativity, innovation and relevancy delivered by brands, teams and individuals across a wide range of disciplines within Advertising, Marketing, Digital and PR.

The call for Entries is open January to March each year, the shortlist is announced in May and the high-energy Awards event is held in London in July.
