Consider the Instagram experience

Offering an experience which makes attendees feel valued and motivated is important in incentive travel. Social media has become a key part of people’s experience of incentive travel as they tag destinations on Facebook or tweet updates on Twitter. The idea that something needs to be Instagrammable has become a key factor in incentive travel’s success, giving rise to the expression “Instatravel”. Photographic opportunities should be considered when coming up with destination ideas. Incentive travel helps to form a strong bond between the attendees and the company, which increases loyalty. Keeping a photographic record reminds people of this bond so remember Instatravel when organising a trip.
