Marketing apprenticeships launched

Two marketing apprenticeships have been approved by the Institute of Apprenticeships, the official Government body. CIM has been working with various brands, such as Clarks, BT and BA, to develop the standards that candidates will have to achieve. This has led to the creation of a Level 4 marketing executive programme and a Level 6 marketing manager course. “Now there is one standard at each level and it’s been developed with employers, so that gives the clear message that this is what employers want for this role, at this time. It’s removed the inconsistency and confusion”, says Maggie Jones, director of qualifications and partnerships at CIM., 6 March 2019 (Rogers)
